Castings can save weight and cost and add strength in many applications which are currently fabricated weldments. Machining We provide fully CNC machined parts with a full range of hardening, tempering and finishing options. Materials include steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. Plastics We supply injection molded components, vacuum forming "A" surface exterior as well as interior panels, color in mold, chrome plated interior and exterior parts. Stampings We provide excellent quality value and delivery on low volume stampings. Our tooling and pricing model is geared toward supplying the specialty vehicle and equipment markets which typically have annual volumes less than 10,000 pcs. We specialize in low volumes from several hundred up to 10,000 pcs. per year. Press capacities range from 150-1500 ton. Our 1500 ton presses can stamp out entire body sides ("A surface"), floors, roofs, instrumeary panels, cross members and many other components. Metal Fabrication Redmer Industries can handle all of your metal fabrication needs while providing very competitive pricing and exceptional quality. We currently fabricate steel, domex stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum tread plate, and steel tubing. No one can provide a better value. Metal thickness range from thin gauge through 1" thick material. Our welders are AWS certified. We fabricate weldments brake receiver tanks, diesel fuel tanks, R.O.P.S. Barry Bumpers, frame rails, and a host of other components. We also zinc plate and powder coat in a wide array of colors including military C.A.R.C paint. Fasteners We currently warehouse over 5000 different fasteners, clamps, u-bolts, wire mold and many other sundry items.
